How long will it take to craft my ring?
All our rings, including stunning lab grown diamond rings, are made to order and are usually ready in 2 Weeks. Your ring is individually crafted to meet your specific requirements. Rest assured that expert craftspeople use sustainable, eco-friendly materials to bring your engagement ring to fruition.
Your ring will progress through a number of stages across 2 to 3 weeks of production.
How do I find out my ring size?
Are you not too sure about your ring size? Upon ordering, our team of experts will communicate with you regarding sizing. When uncertain, we will send you a free ring sizing kit. For surprise orders, we guarantee to resize the ring (±2 sizes) for free after your proposal. Rest assured, we offer complimentary resizing services (±2 sizes) for surprise orders after your proposal.
Is There Insurance For Shipments?
We ship Australia wide and all our shipments are 100% insured. This means that it is our responsibility to ensure that the parcel has arrived to you and we always require signature at delivery. If the order is lost during transit for any reason, Prime & Pure will make your order again and ship it as soon as possible
What is the difference between a mined diamond and a lab grown diamond?
The only difference between a mined diamond and a lab grown diamond is their origin. Lab grown diamonds are an ethical and sustainable option, offering the same fire, clarity, and carat weights as mined diamonds.
